A lot of times lines get blurred as we attempt to to reach our fitness goals in life. We must continue to remember the bigger picture in this journey of life. I am sure we all have a different vision for ourselves. My vision is to be able to enjoy an active life and live it long with low risks of having coronary disease, diabetes, cancer, falling, stroke and so on. Being an African American man in the United States makes me genetically more susceptible to some of the aforementioned top killers so I feel it imperative to be proactive in my lifestyle choices. I am here to spread my vision, share my lifestyle to more people who want to take more control of their body and lives.
What I put into my body plays a crucial role into the way I live my life. Concentrating on what is put into the body can change the way we move, breathe, and live. Nutrition and proper exercise will allow us to be better prepared for the challenges life throws our way. Nutrition and exercise, paired together, both reflecting your goals is the solution.
