- There is a difference of training styles when it comes strength versus gaining muscle (hypertrophy) size in different areas of the body. Looking for a challenging Program that will have you finally putting on the muscle size you want? Everlasting Pump is exactly what you need. This program requires 5 days out of the week for you attempt this vigorous pump sustaining workouts. No deflated no more, walk tall in confidence!
- Hybrid
- Simply up for a challenge? I must admit this 6 days a week program is pretty rigorous. This program is forever changing, but always designed at surpassing a particular goal. Every muscle group has its own day to shine! This routine mixes up various elements of resistance training by altering the repetition ranges and rest times constantly. Your body will never get the opportunity to adjust these limits making this program uniquely testing your physical and mental boundaries.
